Accounts & access
Customer accounts are protected by email-and-password sign-in, with optional Google sign-in. Passwords are never stored or visible to us — authentication is handled by our backend provider. You can sign out at any time from your account page.
Administrative areas of the site are restricted to authorized staff and gated by server-side role checks.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, process reservations and orders, and deliver digital products you purchase. This typically includes your name, email address, messages you send through our forms, and order details.
Traffic to the site may be logged for security and basic analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
When you check out, we collect your contact details and shipping address on our site. The actual payment step is handled on a secure, Shopify-hosted checkout page. Your card number, bank details, and payment credentials are entered directly with Shopify and are never transmitted through or stored on our servers.
We store only the order record — what you purchased, your contact information, and the amount paid — so we can fulfill your order and support you if something goes wrong. We do not have access to your full card number or payment instrument details at any point.
Storage & transport
The site is served over HTTPS. Customer and order data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules so that customers see only their own records.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of third-party services to run the site, including our hosting and database provider, our storefront and payment provider, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the site to function — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. We do not use advertising trackers.
Retention & deletion
We keep account and order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet ordinary business and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and any personal information that is not required to keep on file.

To request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or request deletion, please reach out through our contact page. We will respond from the email address associated with the site.
